The FB group Beyond C25K has set up a team for NHS C25K. If you are looking for something to give you that extra umph for the next three months, why not sign up.
I think you have to sign up and commit to a target on or before 5 January.
Go for it C25Kers. It is ideal for all of us.

I'm in! You only have to commit to 30 mins, twice a week but I'm planning at least 3 runs.
Right in one... though for Jan and Feb I'll be running and not cycling. There's too big a risk at this time of year for snow to put paid to any cycling for a couple of weeks.
Can anyone translate the very complicated instructions for me? Not sure this will offer me anything that RFCs Quests don't, especially as I am not involved with Facebook - and I wasn't very impressed by the snooty "if you don't commit to two activities a week you are not making a real effort" - it is that kind of stupid and unnecessary generalisation and tone that puts off the people who have most to gain from ever starting. It could be phrased so much better!
I have to agree with you GM, I've already decided what I'm going to do in those months, is it just the fact of publicly stating your commitment that is meant to motivate people?
I agree on the fact it could be more inclusive. My other half is trying to get back into fitness after illness and he feels he can't sign up. On another note though it is great to see such a large group of us signed up as our own no so little club.
It should be more inclusive, but It does look as though walking can count too. There was a question about whether dog walking would count if it was over 30 min. Looking at the rules I can't see why not. The whole point is to get out and do something surely?
Hi New To, if you have not already found it you need to search for "Jantastic 2015". Part of filling in the form includes the option of joining a team. We are part of the "NHS C25K" team.
