Team C25K Great Manchester Run

Team C25K is up and running for the Great Manchester Run. If anyone is up for the meet up so far we have Poppy, Frank, Aliboo (and possibly Boz) and myself. It's also my birthday on the day of the run so there may be a few glasses of wine after . Will be good to see anyone who can make it.

I am there and running it but I'll be attempting to find the rest of my group and having pics before the race. My workplace has four teams entered and uses it as a promo event. I'm in the country bumpkin team from the regional office so christ knows where I'll end up, don't know Manchester at all, ha ha.

I have watched this event for the last nine years or so, , cheering on from the sidelines , always wanting to take part, it was a distant dream . I used to stand there thinking "If only, if only"

Once I started this programme and graduated , I entered it ! What a brilliant day it was . My first ever 10k , I will never forget it ! xxx
