Congratulations on your graduation. Please leave your username here for me or OlsBean so we can organise your well deserved graduation badge. we will try not to leave you waiting too long as we know how great they feel when they arrive.
I would like to clarify the position of earning your graduation badge. To get your badge you will of completed the full training podcasts and be able to run for 30 min. It does NOT matter if you can not run 5km, you are a graduate after running 30 min for three times.
So it is fair to everybody please do not ask for your badge until you have completed week 9 run 3.

This is my first post and I feel a bit bad because I haven't shared anything, I was worried I would fail but the posts from everyone really inspired me and kept me going. Completed the programme in just over 10 weeks, a week in Paris was a good reason to delay, I think.
Like everyone says I too cannot believe last night I ran just over 5K only a few weeks ago, I would drive around for 10 mins to find a close parking space to save a bit of a walk, now I can run for 30 mins - amazing and a bloody miracle!!!
I wouldn't have done it without this site, so thank you all so much and I will join in from now on!
Hello there, I have "graduated" about 2 months ago, but I never knew of this helpful site and I only registered on here yesterday. Since completing Run 3 in Week 9, I keep repeating that last run every time I go running, unfortunately I only cover just over 3K... Still, may I have a graduation badge please? Thank you
