Hi there
Congratulations on your graduation. Please leave your username here for me or OlsBean so we can organise your well deserved graduation badge. we will try not to leave you waiting too long as we know how great they feel when they arrive.
I would like to clarify the position of earning your graduation badge. To get your badge you will of completed the full training podcasts and be able to run for 30 min. It does NOT matter if you can not run 5km, you are a graduate after running 30 min for three times.
So it is fair to everybody please do not ask for your badge until you have completed week 9 run 3.

Yeah I have completed the programme tonight and even ran for 40 minutes to celebrate. Cannot believe that I have achieved it I am so proud. Looking back to week one run one I never could have imagined that 9 weeks later I would be able to run for 30 minutes non stop. Cannot praise this programme enough. From someone who was so very unfit and had not run since school days, if I can do it then anyone can. Could I please apply for my graduation badge as it means a lot to me.
Many thanks from a very happy "runner".

I was on the October list but haven't received a badge. Don't mind especially because the achievement is enough.

Your showing a graduate badge next to your name on my system. I will keep an eye on it as we have had had some in the past that have disappeared.
