Graduation badge January 2016

Hi there

Congratulations on your graduation. Please leave your username here for me or OlsBean so we can organise your well deserved graduation badge. we will try not to leave you waiting too long as we know how great they feel when they arrive.

I would like to clarify the position of earning your graduation badge. To get your badge you will of completed the full training podcasts and be able to run for 30 min. It does NOT matter if you can not run 5km, you are a graduate after running 30 min for three times.

So it is fair to everybody please do not ask for your badge until you have completed week 9 run 3.

Hi there ... am here to ask for my Graduate badge as today, I completed the programme, and have run for over 30 minutes completing three 5k runs this week! Took me 10 weeks as had a flu strike in my first Week 9 but I'm so chuffed and grateful to everyone that has spurred me on so if it is granted, I will wear my badge with absolute pride! Thanks

A month after finishing the 9 weeks of C25K I still can't believe I've done it! I ran my first 5k a week after graduating. Now trying to keep to three runs a week and very slowly build to 10k.

Thank you to everyone on the programme for the support .
