Congratulations on your graduation. Please leave your username here for me or OlsBean so we can organise your well deserved graduation badge. we will try not to leave you waiting too long as we know how great they feel when they arrive.
I would like to clarify the position of earning your graduation badge. To get your badge you will of completed the full training podcasts and be able to run for 30 min. It does NOT matter if you can not run 5km, you are a graduate after running 30 min for three times.
So it is fair to everybody please do not ask for your badge until you have completed week 9 run 3.

I completed w9 r3 last wednesday. (the 2nd.) I planned to do the same run again on the friday but a cold got the better of me. This morning I started the 5 + podcasts. The stepping stone podcast is a struggle but I did it.
Im working on actually getting to 5k. Im so chuffed with myself for completing this and sticking with it.
I completed W9R3 yesterday! Felt good, so kept going and did the full 5k in about 37 minutes. Probably against the rules but I am really chuffed with myself! Can I have my badge please?
I finished my c25k and have been doing steppingstone for 2wks.
Today I applied to do my first park run , I hope to do it in 2wks because next weekend I am walking 7k for Alzheimer's at Vagina Water. Doing c25k and steppingstone has helped me get ready for my walk. I enjoy every run. Never thought I would I hated PE at school
Hello and thank you so much for this forum- inspirational and supportive in equal measure...
This morning I ran my 'graduation run' week9 run3 - last Sat was my first Parkrun, next Sat will be my first Parkrun as a graduate- what has happened to me?!
Guess I'd like a graduation badge, when it's convenient-
I can't believe I have done it, I'm so chuffed with myself. I'm only doing 3.5k so a bit to go to the full 5 but the fact that I can run for 30mins without stopping is a HUGE achievement for me.
HI , thank you for a wonderful forum , and great support. Today I completed my third run in wk 9, so would love a graduate badge. Can't believe I'm writing this, and have graduated, but it was a great way to get through the children's summer holidays and feel fitter than ever.
I completed the programme on September 5th and despite my frustrations at not being able to run the 5k in the programme's title am amazed and delighted I could run for 30 minutes for the first time EVA in my life!
Cheers
PS I did make the 5k eventually a couple of runs later, just before taking my dd to uni
The final 9/3 run just done - it is official - sloughmotion is off the couch. I have already rewarded myself in anticipation of finishing with a new pair of running shoes and look forward to my badge in due course.
Many thanks Admin and congrats to all the September graduates.
Hi, I have finished C25K a few weeks ago and am now starting on 5k+. Didn't declare myself earlier until I had continued and didn't need to go back to it!
I have completed all runs in weeks 1-9 using the podcasts. For week 9, run 3 I ran on Corby parkrun in a time of 36 minutes. Running miracles do happen. Thanks Laura and C25K - you made it possible for me to become a runner in 9 weeks, unbelievable 😀
I've forgotten to post my graduation date!!! I've ran it last year in September, however fell off the wagon over Christmas and had to start again, so this time it was July.
Hi I think I've graduated tonight?! I did w9r2 a week last sun, returned to gym for first time in months tues (possibly silly) and attempted w9r3 last wed. First failure on the program, gave up after 10 mins. Does w9r3 tonight count with that gap? Planning first park run on saturday with a fellow c25ker who has just done the great north run but never a park run. Fab program for the previously lazy
Happy face - completed my last run of week 9 this afternoon. Look forward to receiving my graduation badge. Happy Days. Thank you Laura for your help and motivation. 🏃🏃🏃
I completed week 9 run 3 today Having never run before I am still amazed that at my age (51!) I can now run 30 minutes 3 times a week. I used to get breathless walking up stairs!
Hi I did all the programme last month. Can I get my graduation badge please. Best thing I have done to improve my health and fitness in my 60,s. No trips to GP for me.
