Congratulations on your graduation. Please leave your username here for me or OlsBean so we can organise your well deserved graduation badge. we will try not to leave you waiting too long as we know how great they feel when they arrive.
I would like to clarify the position of earning your graduation badge. To get your badge you will of completed the full training podcasts and be able to run for 30 min. It does NOT matter if you can not run 5km, you are a graduate after running 30 min for three times.
So it is fair to everybody please do not ask for your badge until you have completed week 9 run 3.

My user name is Austen304. I have completed the required 3 Week 9 runs, the end of a long road starting in May and including several repeated weeks. But I'm there now and grateful to C25K for a great deal of pleasure and sense of fulfilment.
Sommer 16, Joined the c25k community today. Had finished way back in August 14 the last run and done in Sept 14 my first (and so far last, but more to come) park run. Was so happy then, remember the feeling like yesterday and still have the texts and diary entries with all sorts of smilies. Was back then just browsing the pages from time to time. I am in week 4 of the 12 wk weight loss plan and want to get a better grip to my running regime again too. The badge would really motivate me, is this possible please? Look forward to the next steps in my healthy ways journey! from a sleepless sufferer in the land of a cold
I completed my W9R3 graduation run on Friday managing to do 5k in 30:20. It's taken about 12 weeks in total having taken some days off in between for sore legs at W5 and W8, but still can't quite believe that I'm now able to run for 30 minutes. Next stop 10k.....
My username is Mik3_B and I graduated the c25k a couple of months ago I think (see the aptly named post). Ran 10k a couple of weeks ago which took 58ish minutes I think.
Done!! I'm not sure I could have done this without nhs c25k and Laura. I started on my own, then my husband joined me, and we joined our daughter for an official 5k fun run. My time was 38.59 and I'm happy with that. Now to go further, faster. Having a target really helps to keep going. Can't wait to see graduate after my name. Thanks!
Hello!! a very dazed and dare I say delirious Hauntiejelly here to say just completed week 9 run 3 this morning. Sooooo loved the podcasts and would never have done it without the site..Huge thanks!!! HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!!!
Hi, I'm DriedVegan & graduated on 3rd October with a parkrun. Have completed 2 more since & knocked 2 mins 21 secs off my original time. Can only say it would never have been possible without such a great program.
If I have roughly followed c25k and used a runkeeper training plan instead- but completed a 5k 2 weeks ago (18th October) and ran it in 37:44 yesterday- do I still count as a graduate? Up to you to decide I guess, but this program +forum got me motivated and got me out there every week! Planning to do a park run soon..
Hi there, I graduated last week! My name is csla. Took me 13 weeks as I had a month off in the middle due to a small op. Looking forward to the next stage!
