Congratulations on your graduation. Please leave your username here for me or OlsBean so we can organise your well deserved graduation badge. we will try not to leave you waiting too long as we know how great they feel when they arrive.
I would like to clarify the position of earning your graduation badge. To get your badge you will of completed the full training podcasts and be able to run for 30 min. It does NOT matter if you can not run 5km, you are a graduate after running 30 min for three times.
So it is fair to everybody please do not ask for your badge until you have completed week 9 run 3.

I have been told I have to leave a post here for C25K graduation. I completed the C25K program on 24th September this year. Since then I have run 10 park runs achieving 4 PBs.
For somebody that was totally unfit, overweight and ageing this has been my achievement of the year.
I am still overweight and I am not getting any younger but my fitness is improving and hopefully my weight will start to drop.
I would, and have, recommend the C25K program to everybody. Week 1 was hard and it gets harder, but you actually amaze yourself by completing each stage until you find that it is strangely enjoyable. I'm now proud to call myself a runner even if the 5K takes 39mins.
To all new one to the program I say keep going it's worth it.
Oldfloss.... Finished this morning... nine long, unbelievable weeks...massive support from loads of lovely people on this site, since I joined... so glad I did it..what next!
Hi I completed my final run on Tuesday 14 December ... Please can I have my badge now. Really enjoyed every moment of my time will Laura and I am now a runner aiming for 3 x Week. Great group and loved all the support. Liz
OldWheezer - I completed the last run of the programme on Sunday and would like to request my graduation badge. I've said it all in my earlier post but thanks to everyone on the site for the encouragement - whether they knew it or not.
Completed week 9 run 3 at my local parkrun on Boxing Day and actually ran 5K (36.5 mins). This is my third attempt at C25K spanning 3 years and both times before I gave up on week 9 before the final run. Please can I have my badge.
Hi there, today I completed the final week 9 run 3, and I would not have believed that this was possible 9 week ago. In fact have been running 4 miles non stop for the past 2 weeks now.
