Well done. Its funny how there seem to be different mind obstacles for people- mine was week 4. I knew if I could do that then wk 5 was doable too and now I am learning to trust in the program as it has worked for so many people. I do run very slow but it works for me and I am seeing huge benefits, so that is my strategy. I also use mantras when I am struggling in the moment with the run, and think about how great I will feel when I have finished. I do find that if I mess around with which days I run on, I get a bit out of sorts with deciding when to run. Best to set the days and stick with it! Bring on week 6 for me! Keep us posted, you are doing fab!
