I remember this week being when it all seems to kick off! So, I wanted to run today even though Iβm away. Such a pretty route today along a railway track at the side of a lake. It makes a huge difference to run somewhere exciting and new! Iβm not covering huge distances so it was still a βthere and backβ run, so I was grateful for the halfway bell.
The walking breaks are not so long now! In fact, just before the first 5 minute run I was visited by the βyou canβt do this!β gremlin π. I threw him in the lake. The battle was just in my head and I did finish without too much trouble - although I was flagging a bit at the end! I arrived back at where I started. Oh, is that a cafΓ©? Well - I had to have a coffee! And sat outside overlooking the lake in the sunshine πππββοΈβοΈ

Coffee was great - and the feeling of satisfaction for another run done! I was a bit slow, though.

How lovely! Well done. I've just realised there's a cafe at the end of my new route. I'll do it tomorrow, when some kind of random jeffing will happen, except I'll time the running sections I think.

Run tourism! My favourite thing about travelling! Well done on chucking that gremlin, I hope he stays in that lake and doesn't bother you any more.

How wonderful! I'm running from home in Week 4. A different run this week to last - turn right, not left at the end of the road. Would you mind awfully if I borrow your lake?! π

haha you are welcome! It will probably be a while until I run there again π

That gremlin is a nightmare! It follows me around my run but by staying focused on my goal it gets beaten! Keep up the good work!
