Slow as a snail, is there anything slower? ..... oh I know me πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ but I completed run 2 in week 4 today. I have to be honest I struggled getting out this morning. However, as soon I was I was fine and ran the 16 minutes. Now I have 2 days off before I run again which I think will be good for me. I am already scared that when I have finished it I will just stop. I need to get to the end first.....but half way and I never thought I could run for 5 minutes 😊

There you did it! We knew you could. Slow as a snail is just fine. It's all about getting to the end. Nothing else matters. It's not how you start, it's how you finish that counts.

Just keep plugging away and you'll be fine. Stick with it and you'll surprise yourself.

Have fun!

Yes , don't worry about being " slow " Slow is perfect, it builds runners legs and stamina.

Just do exactly the same all through the programme, ticking off the runs and you will get there . Take extra rest days if you need , theres no rush .

Well done, youre doing great, keep going ! :-) xxx

Snails rock! They get to where they want to be! I was a Grey Snail, now I am a yellow stripey snail! From 5K to 10K.

You can do this, and it matters not how slowly you go... ( just don't stop :)

This made me smile😊 I did w3r3 tonight and someone walking on the other side of the road ( same speed as me walking ) positively vanished into the distance as I started my 3 minute " run"πŸ˜‚

Good luck with the rest of it, slow and steady does itπŸ˜‰
