Having missed about 3 months having just finished W8R2 I am now able to run again. I had a Thigh injury that took me out for about a month and then had Pneumonia which has taken a couple of Months to shift. But Yesterday I completed the Nonsuch Park Parkrun in 28:45 so I am now starting week 9 so Hopefully will have Graduated by the end of the week.

If you missed 3 months and can jump straight back in where you left off I'm super impressed with your fitness. Great parkrun time. Enjoy W9, and wishing you many years of injury free running in the future :)

Wow! That's marvellous progress you've made there. Sorry to hear that you've been so unwell. Pneumonia! Crikey!!!

Good luck with your final run of C25k. Take it steady and you'll be fine. We'll get ready with the bunting and frolic. Cheerleaders go dust off your pom poms!!!

I should think being able to run a park run in that time means that you have well and truly graduated already! Congratulations on your recovery and your performance on your return to form :-)

So amazing to have come back so quickly after injury and illness. Welcome back and good luck with Week 9, you sound like you'll smash it to be honest!

Very impressed of epsom here! I am on sick couch with back problems and am thinking of starting the whole thing to build up fitness (I got to week 4). So hearing someone have that much time off is making me think, maybe I can start where I left off, not decided yet. Well done sounds brilliant after a tough time!

That sounds rather dramatic doesn't it for someone who has just repeated W4 R1 but I am so pleased...
