Haven't run since 17th April when my Dad had a stroke and subsequently died. But today I woke picked myself up and started again at week 6 run 2. Was a challenge but Wednesday I'll do week 7. Lots of encouragement needed.

Awwww so sorry to hear that awful news. I lost my mam 8 months ago. It's an awful time. But well done for starting again. I find it really helps me when I'm feeling down. Also think of my health when I'm struggling and get through it for my mam. She would be v proud, as will your dad. Hugs. X
