W7 restart

Well I took a week off after my little accident with the bike. I had injured my hip and also ripped my lower back which was the injury that I was hoping I wouldn't get. It was my back that stopped me doing phys training about six years ago.

But since it's repair and my running it is now able to heal it's self.

So I started on run 1 of week 7 again. This went better than I had hoped. Bear in min that it is silly cold here in Norfolk. But that didn't stop me. I was also hitting my landmarks sooner than expected and I checked my run tracker and I was just under 4k by 22 mins. So with that in mind I should be clearing 5k in 30 mins or better. Plenty of fuel left and feeling quiet good about now. Ok slightly smug. Ok a lot. And really happy with the new trainers.

Two more to go then week 8.

It would appear my phone has totally ignored my camera settings. Sorry for the side picture. Easy fix is just turn your monitor to the side.

That sounds like an amazing run especially after the accident! You definitely deserve that smug feeling! :)

If you look just above my head, that was not mist but the steam pouring off my head. Was funny to see all the steam pouring out of my trainers, leggings and running jacket. Made me notice how blooming cold it was last night.
