I'd got on to Week 3 then half term came along and I've only managed to do it once and that was on Sunday! Going to do a session tomorrow. Question... do I keep going with Run 2 of Week 3 or is it worth doing another week 2 run? I am tempted as I'm feeling very unfit ☺️

Do whatever you want. You won't get charged extra if your repeat a run.
I've missed various runs due to life getting in the way and have just picked up (with masses of anxiety mind you) where I left off. I don't think it matters though, lots of people do 'practice runs' Relax and enjoy your running.
I did the same mid way through week 3 - I started a new, stressful job and picked up a cold. I took a well off and started back at the start of week 3. I'm not in a rush to finish - I just want to finish well! In nearly at the end of week 4 so just keep at it!
