So I finished week 7 run 3 this morning.
It was hard, the odd pang in a knee or a calf scared me a little but I pressed on.
I thought this was meant to be fun :-\
Am pleased with myself though.
Based on what some people have said here, I didn't take any water with me for the first time and ran with one headphone in and the other out. That was good, so thanks for the advice everyone
