Brilliant... well done Rob... take the weekend off!! :-) Don't know about the pot of gold.. but surely a nice shiny badge :-)

I'm about to go out for W8R1 as I think I'm just the one run ahead.... just hoping if this run goes OK I can then count the remaining runs on one hand :-)

Thanks Andy :) that badge is going to look so good :D

I was thinking about a head torch as I live in the middle of nowhere and have no street lights at all... not sure how I feel about running in the dark. I may even start work a bit earlier on my run days so that I can get home in the light...how committed / sad is that :-)

luckily i only have about 5 mins unlit , will certainly be different . when the clocks change next weekend will be dark earlier ... winters coming !

Head torches are great. I run at 6am every morning, along the river bank. When the moon is out then visibility is not too bad. The first run of C25K I saw a guy with a head torch running the other way, I thought that's a great idea so I went and bought one that evening. It's excellent, as when there's cloud visibility is very poor. What's more I'm now on week 7 run 2 and on the same set of batteries :)
