Slowly getting there but glad I'm done with W7 after having 5 days break because of not being well. Yesterday I forced myself to go out it started to rain but I wasn't going to let the rain lose me another day.

I ran the full 25 minutes in heavy rain luckily it wasn't windy and cold there was other people in the little park taking shelter under the trees and was looking at me as if I've gone mad, I just cut them off my mind and keep running I've even managed to push a bit harder for the last 60 seconds had a little fuel left in the tank so hopefully I'll have no problems running W8R1 which I think is 28 minutes non stop.

I seems to have enjoyed week7 perhaps because of the non stop running and no walking intervals to mess you up. 6 more runs and I'm done but I've been thinking of staying with Laura for another month just keep with W9R3 I shall see but I intend to keep on running for as long as my body will allow me.

For all those starting week 7 I wish you all the very best and hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

:)

Thank you misswobble,

I've done a few runs in the rain got no choice otherwise I'll never finish the podcast.

We've been forecast better sunny weather so hopefully my last six runs will be better and easier.

:)

Rain is cooling and there will be times when you think it heaven-sent ☺

Treat yourself to a cap. Seriously! ☺

Great post, so glad you're enjoying it! I agree that it seemed to be better once the continuous runs started. You're so close to that 30 minutes now, good luck for the next few runs!
