Woop woop W7R3 done

After a difficult start with an aborted R1 past Tuesday I still managed to get all three W7 runs in. Run 3 this morning went easier than anticipated and even included a few small ups and downs as I was in the peak district but I just applied the same stuff as I do when walking up hills...slow dow b and smaller, baby steps and it was OK.. Found this week mentally harder but pushed through and feel great for getting there. Bring it on Week 8!! ;-)
