Well week 5 run 2 done...so silence from Laura for 4 whole minutes of running...I did wonder if she was getting me back for my criticism in earlier posts..but then those lovely words and I am half way through the first 8 minutes of my joggette. Then my recovery walk.....and then back to jogette..but struggled at the end as the old(very old) Achilles is twanging( thank you misswobble)...I did finish but I am sitting with ice on my ankle but feeling good!Paul I did 2.16 miles in 34 minutes...or so Endomondo says. Onwards....

Well done.. Sometimes I hate those gaps. I like the runs when Laura give you more encouragement! Like a parkrun... They cheer you keep going!
