OMG! OMG! OMG! ....I did it, i jogged for 25 minutes. I was worried when the snail and slug nearly passed me I was going that slow but nevertheless I did it. Covered 3k in total including the warm up/down. Not bad for an obese 57 year old EX couch potato. Banging headache still after 2&1/2 hours and I have drunk 3 pints of water. But I did it and I am still breathing....feel so chuffed. I do need to believe in myself more to face Week 6 and the 3x25 minutes runs I will be doing (note the I will be doing).
