Well did it...Week 5 run 3...and Laura was great...10 minutes done...you've just done 15 minutes.....2 minutes to go.And in my mind when it was getting tough was...everyone writes it's doable...it's a mental thing...so I listened to Laura and I remembered you guys and I did it YAY!!!!!!!!!!!

YAY !! indeed. So easy to be daunted by the thought of 20 mins of running but YOU CAN DO IT !!

I remember the fear of W5R3 only too well! Well done for getting through it. I actually believe it gets easier once you have cracked this mental barrier. Good luck, you're doing so well :)

WELL DONE, Pot! :-) It's just the most brilliant moment, isn't it, when you complete that run? Terrifying at first, but feels so great once you do it and it's surprising how achievable it is! Congratulations, and good luck for week six! It's a little tricky going back to intervals (which I've found is true after graduation as well, so it's not just week six that has this issue!) so take it nice and steady, but you'll be fine. Good luck! :-)

Whoop! so happy for you. A really important hurdle that will help your future running so so much! It is at this stage that you realise all that went before with Laura was gearing you for that very moment and you are ready now for what lies ahead . Keep believing in what you are capable of and work through the mental thing; as you are certainly ready for physical. Good luck Pot you are doing great! :)
