Well did it...Week 5 run 3...and Laura was great...10 minutes done...you've just done 15 minutes.....2 minutes to go.And in my mind when it was getting tough was...everyone writes it's doable...it's a mental thing...so I listened to Laura and I remembered you guys and I did it YAY!!!!!!!!!!!

WELL DONE, Pot! It's just the most brilliant moment, isn't it, when you complete that run? Terrifying at first, but feels so great once you do it and it's surprising how achievable it is! Congratulations, and good luck for week six! It's a little tricky going back to intervals (which I've found is true after graduation as well, so it's not just week six that has this issue!) so take it nice and steady, but you'll be fine. Whoop! so happy for you. A really important hurdle that will help your future running so so much! It is at this stage that you realise all that went before with Laura was gearing you for that very moment and you are ready now for what lies ahead .
