Wk6 run 3 - i did it. I want to shout it from the rooftops! Edit as it's wk5 not wk 6!

Ok, so I've done my first ever 20 minute run.

It wasn't easy peasy. When Laura came on to tell me I'd just done the first 5 minutes, I said out loud "you're joking!" I thought I'd been going for at least 10 minutes!! lol

But the next 15 minutes got progressively easier.

5 minutes before the end I was loving it completely and felt I was in a stadium running for gold .....

I was disappointed to be honest when Laura said that's it, now walk. Disappointed but completely elated at the same time.

I found counting 1-2-3-4 to myself helped and I really considered my breathing.

Everyone says this, but if I can do this, so can you.

Show me a mountain - I could climb Everest today!

That's it! You've got it!!!! Mentally as well as physically in the zone. Plain sailing from here on in. If, if, if, you take care of yourself and don't go mad. You have to finish!
