OMG just ran the furthest I have ever run! Couldnt quite believe that I had done 10 minutes when Laura said we had done half of the run. Then the other half went just as quickly. It was hard and I had to focus on the road ahead, I does help to lift your head, and I found my breathing settled down. Dont know about anyone else but the first 5 minutes are the hardest. Oh and by the way I said the weather forcast looked favourable for a dry run, guess what- RAIN!!!!!!!
