Wk6 Run 3 - I did it!!!

For some reason I was more worried about this run than any others, a bit of a sleepless night last night also because I was stressing that I had to change my route because if i extended mine it would be 50% uphill πŸ₯΅ but ended up being my favourite run so far πŸ˜€ it felt great to just get in the zone and run without any stops and a different route actually made it more enjoyable as I hadn't actually realised how far I had gone till Laura told me. For anyone worrying try not to, as long as you set of slow and steady its great. This programme is so amazing trust it πŸ₯°

Thank you, I have learnt that nice and slow is the only way to do it, the hard way too lol

It took me a long time to learn what 'slow' really meant πŸ˜„

Well done to you, its a great feeling isn't it. I don't know about you but I feel like that run has given me the confidence to move on, wasn't so sure before it. If we managed this one we can do the others 😊
