I managed to get out for my first run today... a few hiccups with not knowing where to stash my door key :{ found very muddy tracks and field behind where i live and under estimated how far to go so ended up walking 2 miles back home Hey Ho ! I got out and did a bit more .... now down to the shops to buy an arm-band thingy. Thankyou for all your support : )

One down...! Well done. Mind that mud! Funny how you will accumulate 'Running Stuff' as you go along!

Well done on getting that first run out of the way – the first run is definitely the hardest! I tucked my keys into my bra (at the side, not the front!) for the first few weeks, till I found a little wallet-thing that you can clip onto the waist of your leggings/shorts.

Thanks for the advice.... I will make sure I take just the door key and not the whole bunch if Im going to tuck them away somewhere sensitive : )

Well done for completing your first run.

Well done on your first run. I use a bum bag for my odds and ends although my track suit does have decent pockets. One tip for not going too far is that I turn round after fifteen minutes and retrace my route home. Best wishes.
