My brother told me about this app on Saturday morning so I decided to take the plunge. I used to run 20 years ago but life happens and it became a distant memory.
I did my first run on Saturday morning. It wasn’t easy and oh - I forgot to do stretches afterwards. Was a bit stiff later in the evening. Lesson learned- do stretches after Heart rate has calmed down. I felt great for having done it being overweight and all.
