Difficult week personally for me this week, so I'm glad I got through it. Woke up this morning with really achy heavy thighs and nearly didn't go for run 3. Hubby convinced me it was better to go out today and get it out of the way.
Glad I went, the running felt much easier than run two, even though the weather is still very warm. My legs are super achy now though. Any tips for sluggish leg muscles?

Congrats on W4! I read on here advice about aching legs could mean you need to drink more. I've tried doing that and stretching out more after each session and that seems to have worked for me
Well done on week 4! I find a longer warm-up and lots of stretching after my run helps me.
