Week 4 run 2

I really didn’t want to go out this morning but I’m so glad I made myself do it. 3.17k is the farthest I’ve run so I’m pretty chuffed. Weirdly though I found the 3 minute runs more difficult than the 5 minute ones, anyone else had this?

Well done the weather is foul, we slowed right down for the first 5 minute run because it seemed so long and then found that we could run it with little effort maybe you unconsciously did that too?

It’s actually lovely here today, I believe more rain is forecast though. It could be that I slowed down a bit & didnt notice

I’m transitioning from treadmill running to outdoors running and oh I’m finding it tough can literally run half the distance so taking it back to basics using couch to 5k

🤦🏻‍♀️

I’ve been doing 2 runs a week on a treadmill & 1 outdoors. Im finding the outdoors ones easier than the treadmill, maybe because I’ve more things to look at? Also getting a little bit further each week along the road I run on is a great motivator
