Thanks to all you folks out there for encouragement - and for making me feel like I have some company.
I have just finished Week 4 - and it was seriously tough, but each day I just thought I would give it a go... and now it is done. I think my romp up a mountain took more out of me than I thought, and even with 2 days rest my muscles were screaming during the second run... but I did it! The last run of the week wasn't so tight, but I felt very tired throughout. Not really sure I want to know what Laura has in mind for week 5... But hopefully I'll be feeling a bit more energetic. (Was it cowardly to decline a 20 mile cycle with my daughter today??)
