I'm hoping it was because of the heat that I had to stop twice although only for a minute at a time. I started getting a headache even though I was running by the lake. I enjoyed it but I'm hoping I won't have to stop next time. After the massive downpours and storm last night I really thought it would be cooler, oh no! It even started raining a bit when I was running but only for a few minutes. I do need to take some water with me, as soon as I got home my headache went. Interesting my face has changed from beetroot to crabstick now or raspberry ripple ice cream! I did love the last 5 minute speed up run at the end, I don't usually run that fast and 'runkeeper' informed me I had a new record of 6.38 min/km. Sounds OK to me.
Hope everyone else is coping with the heat I'm going to have to go earlier than late morning if it keeps up and that is hard being a night owl!

Well done Stepping Stones isn't easy more so if its hot. Drink a big glass of water before you leave which should help. Have you tried Speed yet, its my favorite, just love that workout, I call it my 'short and sweet run'
I enjoy speed to and often combine in with a longer run. Stepping stones is good and doable even if you need a min to catch your breath. Had a look see at stamina on Sunday -I whimped right out of that and went back to the comfort of stepping stones.
