W2R1 completed in spring sunshine!

Was worried about increasing the run by 30 seconds (God that sounds pathetic doesn't it?) but amazingly it felt fine. My shins seem to be the most painful for some reason - and only when walking???? Running is fine, but the slow brisk walk seems to make my shins go "Ouch!"

ANyone else have this?

Happy Bank Hol Monday to everyone who reads this!! :-)

I used to stand on the edge of the curb and let my heels drop of the curb, that used to help, or to shake my feet as i was walking, just to loosen the shin a bit...but i do remember it was really uncomfortable. It does pass though as your legs get stronger. :)
