Had a week off running last week as away on IOW but did loads of walking. Got up early (for me!) this morning and did W2R1. Beautiful in woods, did all running in shade so had 20 minute walk back. Really enjoyed it! This is now 3 weeks without a long Covid crash, dare I believe it’s gone at last!!

Woods, shade, no COVID crash, lovely
I'v had 3 years of long Covid. I wouldn't have been able to do C25K even at the start of this year. I am wondering if it is still lingering, but I'm more able to push through now. Before I simply didn't have the spoons to cope: if my energy had gone, or it was a zero energy day, that was it - there's no pushing through! Yesterday after 28 minutes running my energy wasn't what it could be, but I still plodded through and did the work I needed to.
You've got such a lovely place to run! I hope your stamina continues to increase and you can get through this awesome programme!
Covid is such a nasty thing and the left overs..horrid. I have days too, where imi flag and just have to sit down. You're doing really, really well!

I just hope that your long Covid is over, well done on completing run 1 of week 2 in the shaded woods, that is a beautiful place to run to avoid the sun, especially in hot weather, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 2 in a couple of days ✅.
