It was rare sunny morning. I felt pretty good and strong so decided to go for 10K π€ a bit irresponsible I know - so far the maximum I run was 6.5K. But I run regularly and did a lot of hills in all weathers. Plus I have 10K run on 17th March and needed to know can I run that far.
And I did it!!
I kept pace slow but consistent and run all the way. Had to stop once after climbing big hill around 9k mark to catch my breath but kept running afterwards. So happy!! I reached another goal!! πΎπ₯³π₯°π

Interesting that you say my time was good. I wasn't aiming at any particular time and didn't even know what would be 'good' time- just wanted to get to 10K. Funnily, it didn't feel like I had to push myself. Simply got into the rhytm and my pace then got pretty consistent. I was super happy that my knees were not sore like during my previous attempts at the longer runs. It feels like all these runs (sometimes horrible ones) were all worthwile to build to this momentπ
