Week 2 finished - thank goodness

Thought I was getting better - at the beginning it was so nice to think - only have to do 3k that's a piece of cake - then 6k which was a bit tough and thinking 5k today shouldn't be too bad but not easy AT ALL - I think it is the route though - down the Canal path today and puddles everywhere - right on the first one slipped on a wet bank trying to avoid it and straight down - knees to the mud!

That said, very fluidly continued my fall into a good roll and up and on - I think it was a result of watching a martial arts movie last night with the kids - must have picked something up sub-consciously : )

Well in reality they probably would have had a good laugh but what the hey at least I brought a little light to the world even if through my own misfortune! : )
