Still inside on treadmill for this one (my short run is my transition to outside).
Treadmill is in the basement so it's nice and cool down there (although still hotter than it was). I did a fast (for me, snail runner) 5k in my first ever sub 45 mins and I felt like I could have done faster but didn't want to push it too much with the heat and the working towards 10k.
That puts me at 15k for the week for the first time ever I think. Pretty pleased with that. : )
7k this coming wek seems a bit scary but the gremlins are a bit too hot to bother me too much I think.

Well done you 👍🏼. I’m a tad worried about the 7k but we were worried about 20mins not so very long ago 😂. We can do this, we know we can👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️😃😃😃😃
Yay well done, week 2 in the bag. Was also worried about the 7k but you know what, it was ok, I did it, slow and steady got me to the end, you know you can do this!
Also a bit apprehensive about the 7k - more due to the erratic nature of my running abilities - one day seems easy, next day out of breath in the first 100m ......still, be positive - we can do it!!!!😃😃😃😃
