Keep going, this morning I did a parkrun with hills I was struggling all of a sudden this popped into my head and I was smiling again (inwardly 😂🤦♀️) remember just how far you’ve come. 👏👏👏
Oh definitely yes, it’s given me confidence in myself that I haven’t had in years. As you may know, I did a mega parkrun of hills today with other VRBs and I’m so chuffed with myself for being capable of such a thing in my 50’s. Just challenging ourselves and the achievements that come with the challenges makes such a big difference to our self esteem. Thanks CDL 😀x
