I gave myself a hard time after a rubbish run on Sunday (still building up my fitness again, following extended time out with flu, bronchitis-thingy and chest infectionπ«). Popped on here prior to runnning after work today and stumbled across Flaraflarkin 's post - so full of positivity! As a result, I left the house with a quietly determined smile, a great soundtrack and smashed out my best 5k since before my illness and returned home feeling the love of running again!β€οΈ I rarely lose my mojo but he definately went awol at the weekend! Glad to say he is now back by my side where he belongs and already looking forward to our next outing! Thank you, good people of the forum - how lucky we are to have this shared love of running!πβ€οΈππ½ββοΈππ»

Hi Sandra π great to see you again!
Lovely post Sandra. I think we all get the "Why am I doing this?" noises. Its so important to reflect. Had a lovely run this lunch time. Sun shining, fields and tracks drying. Was always planning to go for a bit further than 5k. Ended up doing 8 ( including a steep hill). Felt tired after but absolutely brilliant.
Well done Sandra - better get that mojo on a lead! π
Nicely at heel now, thank you. We run again tomorrow! π
