No run today way to hot for me but hopefully early in the morning I will do 5k Monday wensday and Friday if weather is ok how is this hot weather treating you

I managed a hot 10K at 7.15 this morning...slow though!.

I think it's set to go cooler..hope you get out there.🙂

I love this ray of sunshine. It warms the soul.

Went for parkrun yesterday, expected to struggle more. So, earlier in the morning and later in the evening is good.

I agree it’s way too hot for me. I was going to do a Parkrun yesterday but instead went out at 7 from home and was done before it got too hot.
