Just met my MO - was surprised he was a presenter at ESMO
Just met my MO. I was surprised to know he had attended ESMO and had presented something , though on breast cancer. Regarding dad’s results , he was happy with the fall In psa and ADT but said he was not comfortable that the T had risen from 26 to 41 in 2 months. Has said to do a repeat T

Zanubrutinib and kidney stones
I have been on Zanubrutinib for four years and my blood results are normal. In the last month, I have been urinating blood and CT scans show kidney stones. Does anyone know if Zanubrutinib contributes to stones?

Is there anyone with experience in bladder cancer treatment?
I am 74 and in CLL remission after a 24-month course of Venetoclax plus Rituximab completed in September 2023. In July 2023 I was diagnosed with low grade, non-muscle invasive (PTa) bladder cancer and had a 12-month treatment with Epirubicin per respective protocol. Although biopsies at 3-month intervals

Good evening all, I would just first like to introduce myself to you all, as I have only just joined this group and I am very lucky to have a space like this to come and speak my mind.
Also, apologies for the long message, if you'd rather skip to the point I'll leave a bold asterisk next to it

Vaginal atrophy and estriol, caruncle ?
Sorry, probably not the correct community, but to update, it would seem from the cystoscopy from which the consultant diagnosed as above, and the use of the estriol cream that things are improving. Certainly I am getting used to using the application which to begin with was a little uncomfortable,

My Flexible Cystoscopy - and update.
I went for my flexible cystoscopy this morning. I was seen pretty quick and the doctors and nurses very sensative. The cystoscopy took less that 15 minutes and unfortunately they found a start of a tumor. I was watching on a screen and it really did not look much, but I have to be admited

Bladder and vaginal related issues questions please ?
Phone call from GP today to say that a further prescription of Estriol cream has been issued. It looks as though this is the way forward for me so will now be using every night, it seems on the issue that this needs to be for four weeks and then dropping back to twice weekly, with an 80g tube I find

I am currently on Dimethyl Fumarate and it helps a bit so I'm a bit more active. However, I still have a hard time getting around, and I've been sleeping 20+ hours a day for the past few months. It isn't even good sleep, very interruped. I originally thought it was the Gabapentin I take for nerve pain
