Just met my MO - was surprised he was a presenter at ESMO

Just met my MO. I was surprised to know he had attended ESMO and had presented something , though on breast cancer.

Regarding dad’s results , he was happy with the fall In psa and ADT but said he was not comfortable that the T had risen from 26 to 41 in 2 months.

Has said to do a repeat T test in 2 weeks and if the increasing trend continues , then to shift to Degarelix

Regarding the genetic report he said since dad has a high TMB he is a good candidate for keytruda as and when required and that he has had good results on patients with it
