so sorry guys not been on much to support you all i stopped taking my meds 7 days ago of my own accord and am not sure whether i am feeling worse again i am now feeling depressed and down again and too scared to take my meds without seei.g my doc which i have got to wait till next week the nights have been long and strange tbe days have been tiring dont know which way to turn at mo just burying my head in sand a little at mo so soooo sorry guys xxxxxx
