I find these some of the best out there so wanted to share ntw.nhs.uk/pic/selfhelp as well as the guides relating to anxiety it is a very informative site on other, related mental health issues. Oh and the world didn't end today, knew I shouldn't have put my savings on that bet. Bleedin' Mayans.....!

I dont agree, just look at hollow's picture, its still there, even if it is as big as a small pea (impress as i am and i am) its still horrid its a snail, yep it is, i do agree that you shouldnt have expected that response, EB, well over the top for you in my opinion, only trying to keep your feet on the ground hollow my friend, if everyone builds you up this cant be good, for me that is, ill always be here if you need knocking back down, i think of it as a service that i am providing, and im only too glad to help as always lol, thanks for the site, gonna check it out now, cheers bud, if your worried about how you come across hollow what fecking chance have i got! Ah thank you ella I certainly wasn't expecting that response. I often worry how my replies to people go down, yourself and the rest of the family have a fantastic way of conveying compassion and empathy and although meant, I've been thinking I don't come across the same x
