Can anyone recommend any books, websites or phone apps that you have found useful or helped you cope with your anxiety?

many thanks Lauren i'm doing ok with the slim-fast diet i lost eight stone now i just need another five the hopefully i will be going for my operation hope all goes well with you diet please keep in touch take care kindest regards bigalan xx

Just ordered one that a couple people recommended, I'll let you no if it helps, I have bought quite a few. Some good, some not I'll try to remember which ones were helpful, get back with you soon :)

I read a book by Dr Claire Weekes called Self Help For Ur Nerves, it helped me with anxiety.

Find a time not to be bothered and go on you tube and look up guided mindful meditation for anxiety ... Some better than others just have to find ones that work .. If your able to let go and follow them you will feel like your on a cloud

Hi Lauren self help for your nerves it's a brilliant book by Dr Claire weeks and download taptalk has all stuff for anxiety hope you manage to fight without medication it's not easy I'm still suffering

Hi there, I'm still very anxious and experiencing a lot of physical symptoms. I haven't yet been out but have a meal to go to tonight which I am working myself up over x

You will be grand just get ready don't think about it go and try enjoy life to short fight this anxiety bk and you will get there eventually. Have a great night you go girl let me know how it goes;-)
