Hi PB1999. You can cope with it today by realising that what you describe are the symptoms of nervous illness and many, many are going through this with you right now. Listen! Sit down (in the loo or somewhere) and take a very deep breath. Then FEEL the feelings you are having in the pit of your stomach. Look at the feelings. DO NOT TRY AND PUSH THEM AWAY.Getting rid of feelings in nervous illness is nigh impossible, so do not flog yourself trying. It will get worse if you feed "IT" with more anxiety and more FEAR. If you are in the loo have a good cry. It will not hurt you and may give a little relief. Is there someone you can talk to? You are in the Fear-Adrenalin-Fear cycle so stop trying so hard to get out of it. WORK WITH FEELINGS THERE. They will not get worse if you do that; you have probably experienced all "IT" can throw at you. Come back for more help if needed. There will be more replies soon. Do not worry; you very much are NOT alone. jonathan.

Thank you Jonathan its times like this when I have no one to talk to! No one understands what's happening to me! If I say it to friends I see fear in their eyes and they worry and that's the last thing I want!
But having people on this site feels like I have someone holding my hand when IT hits!!!
I have great news for you PB! You're going to be 100% absolutely fine!
As Jonathan says, you're going through all the classic symptoms of a panic attack or nervous illness. It's tough when you're at work as you can really struggle with thoughts of how other people perceive what's happening to you and feel a bit trapped.
Going to the toilet and taking some time out is a great idea. I also found as I suffer from Health Anxiety that in turn triggers my attacks that I felt more at ease around other people but in an anonymous way. SO I would take a walk outside, breath in the fresh air deeply and feel the air on my face, just wander at a comfortable pace to anywhere really and slowly head back in my own time. Sometimes it can be hard to fit this around a working day so the loo is a great back up plan.
Also you might find the a Camomile tea (I swear by it) will help you relax a little, maybe even try Rescue Remedy for mild symptoms and of course don't be afraid to talk to people here or at home in a safe environment.
Oh and tonight treat yourself to a nice warm bath!
It's really a tough time while ur going through the feelings I found best to go with it not fight it, cradle the emotions I am feeling sometimes its the fear of the anxiousness that is worst but if we just accept it leaves us slowly.
I can't thank you guys enough for your helpful comments. I would like to be able to send you all a medal you guys are truly amazing!
You should all try a thing called "Binaural Beats", these computer generated sound files are said to massage your brain and produce all sorts of effects, and are excellent for stress/ depression/ anxiety disorders. A binaureal beat is created by playing a different tone in each ear through headphones, and the interference pattern between the slightly differing frequencies creates the illusion of a beat. It's completely safe and scientifically proven - google it!!
If you search the Internet for "binaural beats" you'll quickly find there's a whole industry built on the idea that listening to binaural beats can produce all kinds of desired effects in your brain. It can alter your mood, help you follow a diet or stop smoking, get you pumped up for a competition, calm you down, put you to sleep, enhance your memory, act as an aphrodisiac, cure headaches, and even balance your chakras
