Anxiety and fnd

Anxiety and fnd doesn't go well together, I'm as dizzy as anything my head feels like its flooded its a strange feeling, I wish medication was available but nothing works for the condition. I wish I could feel well .

Sorry to read you are suffering like this. I too suffer with terrible anxiety, mainly health. I have been having online therapy sessions which have helped. Also I have been prescribed Mirtazapine by my GP recently, which I take one at night before bed as recommended. They have made me have the best night sleep in ages & also not so anxious during the day too.
