constant pains

I have a question, does anybody get pains constantly sit around and think about where they hurt and then start developing pains that one day you have them in your shoulder the next day in your side then maybe your hip. When I get under a lot of stress, I do this every now and then. Just curious if anybody else does this I guess it’s a form of hypochondria.

Ruminating far too much you can make yourself poorly the MIND IS EXTREMELY POWERFUL

yes I do I think it’s a form of health anxiety I have always worried about something and it’s a nightmare

Best off keeping your mind on other things

Thank you for understanding because I’m realizing there is people out there to go through the same thing. I have a anxiety disorder I already know but if I’m busy and I just retired a couple years ago so if I’m busy all the time I’m way better off than I am if I’m not. But you know how the financial situation is with retirement between Medicare and your Social Security if you work this amount so you can make a better living they take away from you here so you make a worse living so it’s like they got you caught in between and I know they do it on purpose. I think the whole government wants to stress people out to where they die from the stress. 🤨

I’m retired now and I do other things like baking reading walking etc to keep the anxiety at bay

what about volunteer work that may do you good as well

Lol! Sort of! Partially genetic I think. Because I have a daughter and her twenties, and she gets a similar thing as I do where we'll get dental pain. Not always in the same place in the jaw either. It'll feel like you have a cavity. But you go to the dentist and nothing's wrong. After short while it goes away. We noticed it happens when we were stressed out. Even though we're not thinking about being stressed out. It just happens.

There is a strong correlation though, between episodes of depression or anxiousness, and physical symptoms. Back pain. Migraine. Even eye pain. Seems to go hand in hand with physical.

I also have a daughter and a son my son does get anxiety and panic attacks once in a while My Daughter has health anxiety. I’m 65 years old. This has been going on for 45 years. I’ve had every test you can imagine run and I never ever had a worry of pain or any type of anxiety depression. None of that stuff until my father passed away in 1985. so actually it’s been 40 years I’ve been dealing with this and it’s not all the time it’s often on depending on my situation how stressful it is if I went through a loss and I just recently retired and it’s been a pretty big adjustment. But thanks for your input .
