Hi. I am a retired person with disabilities. I struggled through insecurities in my work and in my personal relationships. In 2018, I had my first full-blown attack at a store I worked at. Since then I have had several attacks. Recently, because of my disabilities, not having a car, and living on only Social Security on less than $1,200 a month, I tried to do a few online businesses, and was stopped each time from these attacks. Friends took me in but I live in a garage that has no central air or central heat. I could easily become homeless. So, earning money is critical but I need to overcome my anxiety and tendency towards mild depression.

Hello and Welcome. What have you already tried for your anxiety?
You might check out the DARE Anxiety program youtube and website and the book if you think it can help you. It really helped me understand and deal with my panic/anxiety, I even used their phone app for a while. Medication can also be very helpful if you're not taking anything currently.
