Anyone get panic attacks worst at night while your sleeping, any tips on how to cope with them would be so helpful thanks :)

I do as well...and need some tips too...cause all I do is take a Lorazapam.

how do you know your having a panic attack whilst alseep?sorry strange question but its just that i keep waking up early hours like 4-6am and panic somethings wrong so i have to check that its not before i go back to sleep- i also have nightmares!!

Hi. yes, i get them..at least thats what im hoping they are and not something more serious. however.. I have been taking better control of it. when i start to feel one coming on, or wake up with one.. i go to youtube and type in yoga for stress and panic.

(sounds corny- i don't typically do yoga myself...however in that state of mind im desperate to feel better. So i came across this girl Katrina Repman- and its crazy because her video reallllllly helps me to relax and i never even finish it before im back to sleep. its honestly like my drug when my anxiety/stress kick in. i hope you give it a try. it helps me tons
