Unfortunately Sfqueen, I do not have any experience with Zoloft. I will say that coming

off any medication cold turkey is never a good idea. Restarting the Zoloft has probably

caused your brain to get confused as to how it is suppose to respond.

I would suggest as a safety precaution for you, to please contact your doctor and let

them know what's been going on. You need their professional advice. Please stay safe

and get the answer soon. :) xx

Hello I to am on Zoloft for OCD anxiety and depression I was on and off them for 8 years because I kept telling myself I don't want to depend on tablets and last year i was in a really dark place and attempted to take my own life and nearly succeeded once I recovered from the attempt I got back on the medication I've been consistently taking them for 6 months and I wish I did it sooner I feel so much happier and my OCD is at a low and manageable and my anxiety is bearable I also had panic attacks and couldn't sleep and felt weird my GP said that it was normal for that to happen you feel worse before you get better so I kept telling myself it will pass after a couple of months those side effects were gone and I am starting to work on myself and make changes and think more positively hope your feeling better soon

probably not good going off cold turkey have to do it gradually but I’m not a doctor.

I take lexapro just one 10mg tab once a day for panic attacks and it’s been the best by a country mile.

No side effects and has worked a treat.

Hope all is well I know it’s just such an awful thing.

you can have bad withdrawals if you cold turkey quit Zoloft. Not sure why you had the panic attack but please see a doctor about going back on medication.

I, too, got tired of taking Lexapro and tapered off, but then realized that I do actually need it.
